ALB Now Fixes the iPhone and the iTouch

Monday March 29th

Today is Monday March 29th - the last Monday of the month - and ALB Tech will be closed!!!

This month we were testing out what it would be like if we didn't work on Mondays. It's still up in the air.

We'll decide next Monday for sure.

Tomorrow - Tuesday - Bring your broken computer down to ALB Tech LLC - 1208 W. Main St. - Right next to Papa Johns Pizza in the Fan.

ALB Tech Schedule - Thursday March 25th 2010

Hump day (Wednesday for the layperson) has come and gone. Today is Thursday March 25th and it appears that we're speeding right on through the week! The weather on Main St. this morning was brisk and slightly overcast. Closer to 11am it's going to get warmer (70s) but probably stay a little cloudy. We will be operating on a slightly abbreviated schedule today - see details below.

Today ALB Tech will be open from 11am - 5pm.

As many of you may know, my mother is currently in the hospital. I visit often, but my sister who lives in Miami, FL does not have the luxury. So she is flying up to Richmond this afternoon and will arrive @ RIC at around 5:20pm. This being the case - I must go scoop my sister up from the airport and head to the hospital. Sorry everyone - you all are my favorite customers! We will reopen tomorrow, Friday March 26th @ 11am. See you either today or tomorrow morning!

Man being sick is no fun. I feel like crap.

Therefore, ALB Tech will be closed today - Tuesday March 16th.

ALB Got a Flip Mino

Okay so it was an impulse buy, but I did it anyway. I bought a Flip Nano. Basically an iPod sized 720p video camera. It's my new favorite toy. I've been recording bands @ the shop and those videos should be online now... Check em' out. The video is great and the sound is not too shabby for what it is. I am also going to start uploading tons of videos showing off some great computer repair tips.
