A Limerick, as defined by dictionary.com, is "a kind of humorous verse of five lines, in which the first, second, and fifth lines rhyme with each other, and the third and fourth lines, which are shorter, form a rhymed couplet." The most famous poem of this type is the man from Nantucket. We do NOT want to hear any versions of the man from Nantucket - you must tell your favorite limerick OTHER than the man from Nantucket.
